Booth attended NC State University where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and earned a B.S. in Business-Finance Concentration and a Master's Degree in Accounting. She has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 2005.
Booth worked in the automobile industry in a CFO capacity for nearly 15 years with her family's Stevenson Automotive Group. In 2020, Booth became a Master Certified Financial Coach and shifted her career focus to financial consulting for small business with a focus on women owned businesses. In 2023, Booth launched a podcast Mom-enomics, that focuses on financial and mindset topics affecting families.
Booth has been married to Wood Parker since March 2004 and has one son, Wood V, ECHS Class of 2025. Booth serves as Treasurer for the Crystal Coast Hospice House and the Audit Committee of First Baptist Church. Booth shares her love for all things home and cooking on her lifestyle blog at www.boothparker.com and Instagram @boothparkercpa. In her spare time, Booth enjoys watching her son play baseball, boating with her boys, and playing with her 5 dogs!

Jillian Lister is the founder and CEO of Set Sail Marketing Agency, a dynamic firm specializing in organic social media growth strategies. She attended NC State University where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority and earned a B.S. in Fashion Textile Management with a concentration in Brand Management and Marketing.
Inspired by the challenges faced by small business owners during the pandemic, Jillian launched Set Sail in 2020 to meet the growing demand for digital marketing expertise, particularly on the Crystal Coast. Driven by a mission to empower businesses in navigating the complexities of digital marketing, Set Sail embodies innovation, connection, and passion. Under Jillian’'s leadership, the agency has helped over 100 small businesses thrive, earning recognition for her expertise through speaking engagements at conferences, podcasts, and webinars.
Jillian is dedicated to her community, serving as a board member for the Carteret Community College Foundation for the last 7 years, a board member of the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce, and volunteering for local nonprofits. She enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her husband, Patrick, and their son, Wright, indulging her passions for travel, attending her local book club, and coastal living.

Professionally, her trajectory has been nothing short of remarkable. From nurturing small businesses to shaping strategies for major international corporations, she has navigated diverse landscapes with skill and dedication. Beyond her professional pursuits, Silvana's commitment extends to volunteer work and involvement with nonprofit organizations, reflecting her deep-seated desire to drive positive change and give back to her community.
Yet, within her professional endeavors, Silvana finds solace and fulfillment in her personal life, cherishing moments spent with her husband Fabian and children Lance, Annabella, and Luciano, as well as gatherings with family and friends. Alongside their two beloved dogs, Silvana enjoys beachside retreats. While the energy of metropolitan cities fuels her spirit and inspires her pursuits, it's the warmth of human connection that truly ignites her passion for making a difference.
