Booth attended NC State University where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and earned a B.S. in Business-Finance Concentration and a Master’s Degree in Accounting. She has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 2005.

Booth worked in the automobile industry in a CFO capacity for nearly 15 years with her family’s Stevenson Automotive Group. In 2020, Booth became a Master Certified Financial Coach and shifted her career focus to financial consulting for small business with a focus on women owned businesses. In 2023, Booth launched a podcast Mom-enomics, that focuses on financial and mindset topics affecting families.

Booth has been married to Wood Parker since March 2004 and has one son, Wood V, ECHS Class of 2025. Booth serves on the Audit Committee of First Baptist Church, as the Treasurer for the Crystal Coast Hospice House and is also on the board of directors for the Carteret Community College Foundation. Booth shares her love for all things home and cooking on her lifestyle blog at www.boothparker.com and Instagram @boothparkercpa. In her spare time, Booth enjoys watching her son play baseball, boating with her boys, and playing with her 5 dogs!

Jillian Lister is the CEO and Founder of Set Sail Marketing, a family-run business based on the Crystal Coast, where she works alongside her husband, Pat. With a background in Brand Management and Marketing from NC State University, Jillian’s entrepreneurial journey began in the midst of the pandemic when local businesses sought her expertise in navigating the evolving digital landscape. Leveraging her deep connection to the Crystal Coast community, she launched Set Sail Marketing to provide strategic social media support and help businesses enhance their online presence.

As a leader in the local digital marketing scene, Jillian is known for her innovative approach and creative strategies. Her deep understanding of the unique nuances of the Crystal Coast has given her a distinctive edge in driving engagement and growth for businesses in the area. Jillian also serves on the board of the Crystal Coast Chamber of Commerce and is the Chair of the Carteret Community College Foundation Board, where she has been a member since 2017.

Jillian’s impact has been recognized by her peers and colleagues, who voted her as a Local Role Model in the 2022, 2023, and 2024 Carteret Curated People’s Choice Guides by MCKRE. Outside of her professional commitments, she is a devoted mother to two young sons, Wright and Warren. Jillian finds joy in balancing her work with family time, boating, and giving back to her community. Her dedication to both her business and her local community has made her a trusted leader, known for her resilience, creativity, and passion for helping others succeed.

Silvana Botta’s journey is a testament to the transformative power of dedication and resilience. Originally from Argentina, Silvana embarked on her academic path, graduating Summa Cum Laude in Interior Design with a minor in Marketing from High Point University, blending academic excellence with practical expertise in design, sales, marketing, and leadership.

From nurturing small businesses to shaping innovative strategies for major international corporations, Silvana has navigated diverse landscapes with exceptional skill and unwavering dedication. Her commitment to her community extends beyond her professional endeavors; her extensive volunteer work and nonprofit involvement reflect her deep-seated desire to drive positive change and empower those around her.

Silvana serves as a board member of the Carteret Health Care Foundation, as well as a leadership board member and Regional Parent Liaison for the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics. Additionally, she is a board member of the Carteret County Economic Development Foundation.

Despite her extensive professional and community commitments, Silvana finds solace in her personal life. She cherishes time spent with her husband, Fabian, and their children—Lance, Annabella, and Luciano—along with family and friends. Their beachside retreats and moments of connection, alongside their two beloved dogs, offer a peaceful counterbalance to her metropolitan pursuits. Her unwavering dedication to empowering others leaves an enduring legacy of compassion and resilience, enriching the lives of those around her.
