Founders Booth Parker, Jillian Lister, and Silvana Botta Launch Carolina Women's Collective to Empower Women Business Leaders and Support Women-Owned Businesses.
Crystal Coast, NC — March 8, 2024 — After three years of dedicated service to the Crystal Coast Women in Business community, founders Booth Parker, Jillian Lister, and Silvana Botta are thrilled to announce the launch of the Carolina Women's Collective (CWC). This new initiative aims to extend their impact beyond the Crystal Coast, empowering women business leaders across the state and nation while supporting women-owned businesses.
The Carolina Women's Collective is built upon the core values of Authenticity, Leadership, Creativity, and Community. With a focus on supporting women through both triumphs and challenges, the CWC seeks to celebrate the diverse talents and creative endeavors of women in business while embracing new ideas.
"We're excited to launch the Carolina Women's Collective as a platform to empower and support women business leaders not only here on the Crystal Coast but also nationwide," said Booth Parker, co-founder of the Carolina Women's Collective. "Our mission is not only to provide an elevated experience for women to collaborate, learn, and grow together but also to give back and help women-owned businesses thrive."
In alignment with this mission, the Carolina Women's Collective will be donating a percentage of net proceeds to the Carolina Women’s Collective Fund to support women-owned businesses. Silvana Botta, co-founder of the Carolina Women's Collective, added, "Diversity is at the core of our mission. We are committed to providing diverse options for women, ensuring that our collective is a reflection of the rich tapestry of backgrounds and experiences in the business world."
To further support women business leaders, Jillian Lister, co-founder of the Carolina Women's Collective, announced an extensive membership program. "Our membership will launch in July 2024 and will provide networking and educational opportunities. We believe this comprehensive program will equip women with the tools they need to thrive in their entrepreneurial journey or leadership role."
The Carolina Women's Collective will host an annual conference, webinars, and events providing women with opportunities to learn from some of the top women entrepreneurs in the industry. These events will serve as a platform for collaboration and networking, fostering meaningful connections among women business leaders.

Furthermore, the Carolina Women's Collective is proud to announce Vivian Howard as the keynote speaker for the inaugural Carolina Women's Collective Summit. Vivian Howard is an esteemed American chef, restaurateur, author, and television host known for her contributions to the culinary world and her dedication to supporting women in the industry.
